How I made my Facebook and Twitter Headers

I was a real novice when Loose ID first published To Wed a Werewolf. I opened a Facebook page and went with a simple picture of the church steps in Whitby. 100 steps wind up the cliff, with a stopping place half way for weary pallbearers.
Then I wanted something more.
I’m a real technophobe—the woman who bought her cell phone because it had a torch.
Thanks to some posts on Facebook though I discovered Pic Monkey. Suddenly I could make collages or add text to pictures.
Honestly, that was a huge step forward for me.
Then I discovered their collage, Ducks In A Row. Wow. I could add my book covers in them without changing the perspective. In went the covers from my scattered Siblings Series, and Dar Albert’s great covers looked amazing.

I have a couple of stand alone books too. Scott Carpenter brought Giving it up for the Gods  to life for me, then Fiona Jayde, brought Blaxton de Ferrers to life on the cover of Knights Vampire. I wanted them in my header too, so I made another collage. I needed three images though, so I added in a Knights Defender cross and my second collage was done.

I even combined them in Pic monkey Facebook header. Then I went on I saved them, then added both pictures into Pic Monkey’s cards template. Voila Kryssie Fortune Author Page Header was complete.
If I can do it, anyone can.
Try it.

I wanted to promote Knights Vampire since that's my latest release.  I found some free to use pictures of knights and vampires. This is what I came up with for my everyday Facebook account.

What do you think?

Of course I still had a twitter header to make.
I don't know about you, but my pictures never show properly on Twitter. When I used the Pic Monkey FB header, they did.
Bonus!
Again I used a template that Pic Monkey offered, and you can check out my header hear. https://twitter.com/KryssieFortune

I'm sure there are other programs out there that do the same thing, but these are quick, easy fixes anyone can do.
